Famous original lithograph of the mural for the N3 squadron 'Les Cigognes' (the Storks), portraying in caricature 6 full-length profile caricature portraits of air officers in uniform walking in file, facsimile signature below each, led by a stork with machine gun, followed by escadrille commander Brocard, then Guynemer, Dorme, Heurteaux, Deullin, and De la Tour. Signed at bottom right by artist Jean de Moulignon and dated 1918 -- numbered 9 in the upper right-hand corner, published by... Devambez. In worn/chipped black wooden frame, measures 14 1/2 x 37 1/8 x 1 inches. This image is one of the most iconic representations of WWI French aviation.
