I’m very pleased to offer a very large collection of antique to vintage African tribal art and artifacts.. I have many masks, figures, statues, and dolls.. This comes from a lifetime collector who acquired these items over many years. I will be listing everything to the best of my ability over the coming weeks. I am very happy to present this absolutely superb fine art reliquary figure piece by the Gabon people.. This outstanding example is finely carved from wood and is covered in v...ery finely detailed hammered copper.. The piece measures 21 1/4” tall and 9 1/2” wide. It is beautifully mounted on a custom heavy iron stand and it is truly stunning. This is a very rare and high quality piece of fine art, made by a master craftsman.
