Kiss " Rock And Roll Over " 1976 Vinyl LP Record Album W/ Cover And Sleeve &

I recently attended an estate sale where there were a lot of albums/records. Some show more use and wear than others. I am not a professional grader. This one has been played through the years. There are scuffs, scratches. It still looks to be in playable condition. There's also wear along the cover edges, color wear, fading and one side has come apart in addition to where the record slides in. The paper sleeve has also worn.
