This listing is for a Rare Vintage Mid Century Modern Wilhelm Kage (1889-1960) for Gustavsberg Sweden Ceramic Art Pottery Large 9.25" (23.4 cm) Tall "FARSTA" Vase / Vessel. It is fully Signed on bottom with incised "KÅGE", impressed "FARSTA" over "Gu...stavsberg Studio" Hand Logo, and has written # "7310" in white (photo 5).
It has a slender overall body shape with bulbous middle narrowing at the top and bottom. It sits on top of a Tapered Foot with Spiral decoration. It has a wonderful glaze with colors of Blue, Green, Yellow, Tan, and Brown.
It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs. All edges are perfect! Very clean! Please view the photos carefully as they are my main description.
It is very fragile and will be securely packaged and double boxed.
