SLOWDIVE “Gordon Smith” GUITAR, SIGNED Donated by Rachel Goswell This is a Gordon Smith guitar bought in 1991. Irecently contacted the company to find out it’s manufacture date and was giventhe following information: Serial number 04211, left the Gordon Smith factoryon the 18th of March 1991. Neil and I both bought Gordon Smith guitars onthe same day at Fleet Music Shop back in 1991 with our first lot of publishingmoney from EMI! He bought a black vers...ion (He doesn’t know where it isanymore). I played this guitar numerous times live during1991 and it’s now time for someone else to appreciate it. All members ofSlowdive have signed this guitar and done a bit of doodling (alongsideChristians daughter, Dixie!). The guitar comes with a soft case.
All items have been kindly donated and all proceeds fromthis sale will go directly to Exeter Deaf Academy (registered charity number1124523).
