Gorgeous painting of a domestic winter scene at night - a cozy farm house and barn with a split rail fence, huge pine trees, and mountains off in the distance. Everything is covered in a blanket of snow. There are lights along the fence that have a lovely yellow glow, but otherwise this painting is very blue. Measures 18" tall by 14" wide. Appears to be acrylic on canvas. Signed in lower RH area R. F. Wittman and appears to be dated 1983. I have been unable to find any information on t...his artist, however the painting is well-executed and very tidy looking. Folk/outsider/naif? Good condition, may need a light cleaning but I see no damage.
