This is a gorgeous glass sign from I don't know how early. Probably teens or 20"s. It is chip free and only shows the most moderate imperfections from being dead mint. I don't know if the silver backing in the letters are a foil effect or paint over etched glass. Whatever it is it is striking in visual effect. "Alfonso Rios & Co. Makers " is reverse glass. There is a National League version of this sign that exists also. You couldn't expect a cigar maker to sh...ip American League signs into a National League market would you? The owners of Pennant Cigars were no dummies. To own both of them would be the berries. Anyway it is a very early and a good looking sign. I'm charging $20 to ship this item and it will be packed to arrive unbroke. Don't worry about it.
