Description:This late 1800’s Vice-Presidential Chamber document was initialed “TR” by President Theodore “Teddy” Roosevelt in black fountain pen.
Condition:At some point, this document was not well taken care of. I have made my best attempts at restoration. I could have cut the signature out but I believe it is best to leave the document as a whole. Please see pictures for condition.
