This small vase looks like an antique Quimper piece, but is marked simply PB (which is most likely the initials of the artist).
It is for certain a vintage French Faience Peasant Pottery vase that is shaped to look like a soft pouch with a drawstring that ends in a ruffled opening.
This is decorated with the traditional Breton man in front with flowers scattered on the sides and back.
This is a very charming piece and in excellent condition with the only flaw being a few small... chips around the dark blue ruffle.
