Balfour College Bowl ring still in orginal box. This ring belonged to my father All American Offensive Tackle Larry Kramer. He was coached by the great Bob Devaney in 1962 and 1963. The Cornhuskers went on to win the Big Eight Conference for the first time since 1940 and seizing a win against the Auburn Tigers in the 1964 Orange Bowl. Kramer was drafted by the Baltimore Colts but later signed with the Minnesota Vikings. During this time he incurred a... severe concussion which ended his professional football career. He did go on to coach college football where some of his notable players include Leon Lett, Kelly Goodburn, and John Davis. My father passed away in 2014 from Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy.
