ECO TIREFLATOR: Condition - Used, Restored & a lamp with wiring is present. The hand crank turns. The PSI numbers do not turn. The unit has not been tested for tire inflation functioning. There seems to be no "mechanical internals" present for proper tire inflation operation. The light turns On/Off with a rotary thumb switch. I am not an expert on these items and as such, do not know a lot about them. Please ask any questions you may have a...nd also see the pictures.
