Back in the mid 90’s, my university psychology class used episodes of The Andy Griffith Show as examples of behavior. As a class we wrote to Don Knotts. He was very touched to hear that the episodes were being used this way. He wrote us back a very nice handwritten letter and autographed photos for everyone in the class.
