Up for Auction with NO RESERVE is an INCREDIBLE LARGE GEORGIAN ENGLISH PORCELAIN ENAMEL POTPOURRI JAR VASE The Pot is exquisitely hand painted with flowers, amazingly still retaining original inner lid, which can be placed if you do not want the aroma to come out or removed to the fragrance can come out the pierced lid. The Pot is richly Gold Gilded throughout and features a Salmon Ground which is quite indicative of Flight Barr and Barr or early Worcester but please make up your own mind as it is not marked.
Condition : The Jar displays beautifully but has had some restoration to the lid and both handles as seen. The body of the jar is excellent with no damage through the Flowers and being such a rare example it is well worth having the lid better restored.
Measurements : The Jar is a large and impressive example measuring 10 inches tall by 9 inches across the handles.
Take another look at the photos, this is a stunning piece and I am sure not many examples like this come up for auction here on eBay, especially selling without reserve !
