Royal Doulton's China "Biltmore" Collection. Biltmore is a stunning gold design on a green/blue marble band. 36 pieces for the dinner placing (6 people will each have 6 pieces), with an additional 8 pieces in extras, for a total of 44 pieces. This set has never been used and is for the perfect-sized family or guest-list of 6; not too big, and not too small. Each place setting consists of a 10 5/8" dinner plate, a 5 1/4" fruit/dessert/sauce bowl, an 8" salad accent plate, a 6... 5/8" bread & butter plate, a footed cup, and a saucer plate (so, 36 pieces, there). PLUS, the set includes the following extra pieces: one gravy boat, one gravy boat plate, one 16" oval serving platter, one large serving salad bowl, one 6 1/8" round covered vegetable bowl (or "tureen"), one tureen lid, and two 10 3/4" open vegetable bowls. Several pieces still have the stickers (see pix). All pieces are free of chips and scratches, and have been protected and tucked away for 20+ years. This is simply stunning and classy! No splitting up the set. Set ships together in several shipping boxes and will be extremely protected inside.
