This is a University of North Dakota School of Mines Cowboy vase. Six identical cowboys surround the 5" vase. The vase has subtle shades of blue and green blended together.
It is in mint original condition. It appears never to have been used. The Julia Mattson signature is very clear and is numbered #115 (note it should have been #115A per UND records.) This vase was created in 1942 during WWII. There was a very slight wobble to the vase and hence the very thin felt dots are presen...t.
