Rotor and balance spin free, but watch does not run. This being said, i am selling as is. Movement looks fairly clean and is marked Citizen Watch CO Japan A8200 21 jewels unadjusted. Stainless band and case look to have some lite scuffs, scratches and wear around. Crystal has some lite scuffs and scratches. Some dust floating around inside crystal.
