1981 BEECH F33A, 3965 TT, 550 SMOH IO-520BB, NOSE FORK BROKE, FRONT DAM ONLY, CHEAP!!THE F33A IS THE IO-520BB POWERED, STRAIGHT TAILED BONANZA, THAT EVERYBODY WISHES THEY HAD!SOLID, FAST, ROOMY AND COMFORTABLE, A GREAT CROSS-COUNTRY AIRPLANE WITH A RAMP PRESENCE THAT LET’S EVERYONE KNOW THAT YOU TAKE FLYING SERIOUSLY.WITH THE IO-520BB ENGINE AND A 3 BLADE PROP, 75 GALLONS OF FUEL IN ONLY 2 TANKS, (ONE LEFT, ONE RIGHT, NO SCREWING AROUND LIKE OLDER BONANZAS OR DEBONAIRS).IN FACT, ...THIS 1981 AIRCRAFT IS INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM A 1994, THE LAST YEAR FOR THE F33A!THIS AIRPLANE CAME STANDARD WITH ALL THE “MODERN “ FEATURES:LARGE BAGGAGE DOOR4 COMFORTABLE, SUPORTIVE BUCKET SEATS WITH HIGH HEADRESTSHEAVY 1 PIECE WINDSHIELD AND HEAVY FRAMELESS SIDE GLASSLARGE CURVED WINGTIP COVERS OVER THE WINGTIP STROBES AND NAV LIGHTSTRAPAZOIDAL REAR 3RD WINDOWCLEAN INSTRUMENT PANEL LAYOUT WITH GOOD GUAGES, SWITCH LAYOUT, ETC.THIS AIRPLANE HAS ONLY 3965 HOURS ON THE AIRFRAME, TOTAL TIME SINCE NEW.AIRFRAME LOGBOOKS SINCE DAY 1, THE 7TH FROM THE LAST 1981 BUILT.THE IO-520BB ENGINE WAS FACTORY OVERHAULED IN 1992, OVERHAULED IN 2011 BY AMERICAS AIRCRAFT ENGINES, AND HAS ONLY 550 HOURS SINCE MAJOR NOW.COMPRESSIONS AT ANNUAL WERE FANTASTIC. ALL LAST OIL CHANGE WAS AT THE ANNUAL, MAY, 2019.THE HARTZELL PROP HAS 550 HOURS SINCE OVERHAUL IN 2011.THE AIRPLANE WAS PAINTED IN 1996, IN MORE MODERN COLORS THAN THE ORIGINAL “BEIGE”TAN LEATHER INTERIOR, ALSO FROM 1996, IS WORN ON THE FRONT SEATS BUT THE FOAM IS STILL GOOD AND THE LEATHER IS INTACT, SO REPLACE THE SHEEPSKINS THAT HAD BEEN ON THEM WITH YOUR OWN, AND THEN THE INTERIOR IS SUPER NICE!REAR SEATS APPEAR AS NEW, SIDE PANELS, HEADLINER, ETC. ARE VERY NICE.THE AVIONICS ARE ANCHORED BY A KING KFC 200 AUTOPILOT, THE GOOD ONE!!FLIGHT DIRECTOR, ALTITUDE AND HEADING HOLD, VOR/LOC/GLIDESLOPE COUPLED APPROACHESAUTOMATIC PITCH TRIM AND MANUAL CONTROL OF PITCH FROM THE THUMB SWITCH.A SUPER DELUX, SUPER SWEET AUTOPILOT!THE REST OF THE DASH IS VERY CLEAN, AND INCLUDES THE KING ELECTRIC HIS, A BACKUP ELECTRIC ATTITUDE INDICATOR, JPI EDM 700 DIGITAL ENGINE MONITOR, FS-450 DIGITAL FUEL FLOW/TOTALIZER, DIGITAL TACH, SIGTRONICS INTERCOM SYSTEM.THIS AIRPLANE IS EQUIPPED WITH A RAPCO STANDBY VACUMN PUMP, POWERED BY THE ENGINE, WITH A CLUTCH THAT TAKES IT OUT OF THE SYSTEM UNTIL YOU MAY NEED IT, FOR NO DRAG ON THE ENGINE!!THE AVIONICS INCLUDED ARE A KING KMA-24 PUSHBUTTON AUDIO PANEL WITH MARKER BEACONS AND A KING ADF SYSTEMTHE KING NAV-COMMS, KING GPS/MAP AND KING DME ARE NOT INCLUDED HERE, BUT THE TRAYS ARE INCLUDED AND STILL FULLY WIRED, SO IT WOULD BE EASY TO RE-INSTALL THIS TYPE EQUIPMENT, EITHER PERMANENTLY OR JUST FOR THE FERRY FLIGHT, WITHOUT FEELING COMPLELLED TO STAY WITH THESE UNITS.  I KNOW YOU WANT GARMINS ANYWAY!!BUT THIS AIRPLANE IS NOT READY TO FLY AS IS, OF COURSE!LOOK AT THE PHOTOS!THE PROP IS BENT, THE LOWER COWL AREA IS SCRAPED AND DENTED, THE FORWARD EDGE OF THE NOSE DOORS ARE SCRAPED AND THERE IS A DENT IN THE NOSE GEAR BAY, AT THE BACK.THIS WAS A WEIRD ONE!SEE THE BROKEN NOSE FORK, LOOSE IN 1 PHOTO?JUST AFTER THE ANNUAL, ON THE NEXT LANDING, THE NOSE FORK CASTING BROKE!!THE DAMAGE TO THE GRILL OF THE NOSEBOWL WAS FROM THE TIRE HITTING IT AS IT BOUNCED.SCRAPING ALONG THE RUNWAY ON  ½ OF A FORK CAUSED THE NOSE GEAR ACTUATOR ROD TO BEND, WHICH ALLOWED THE NOSE GEAR TO PARTIALLY RETRACT, WHICH PUT THE DENT IN THE REAR OF THE BAY AND ALLOWED THE FRONT OF THE NOSE DOORS, THE LOWER NOSE BOWL AND THE FORWARD EDGES OF THE CHEEK SKINS TO SCRAPE.THERE IS A DENT IN THE SPINNER FROM THE WHEEL WHEN IT BOUNCED.BUT THE GOOD NES IS, THE NOSE GEAR DID NOT FULLY COLLAPSE, THE ROD JUST BENT, SO THE AIRPLANE DID NOT GO DOWN FULY ON THE NOSE!!AND TO PROVE IT, THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO EITHER EXHAUST PIPE, NOR TO EITHER COWL FLAP AND THE REAR SECTIONS OF THE NOSE DOORS ARE UNDAMAGED!NO DAMAGE OF COURSE TO THE MAIN GEAR OF COURSE, AS THIS WAS ONLY A NOSEGEAR EVENT!YOU WILL SEE THAT WE HAVE REPLACED THE NOSE GEAR CHROME, FORK AND WHEEL FROM OUR STOCK, AND THESE PARTS ARE INCLUDED.THE STRUT HAS NOT BEEN SERVICED WITH NITROGEN OR HYDRAULIC FLUID.THERE IS NO APPARENT DAMAGE TO THE UPPER TRUNION OR ATTCHMENT AREAS IN THE KEEL.AND AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE BELLY PICTURE, NO DAMAGE AFT OF THE NOSE!!ALSO NO DAMAGE TO EITHER WING, OF COURSE!NO DAMAGE TO ANY OF THE WING OR TAIL CONTROL SURFACES, NOR THE TIPS, NOR THE TAIL NOR THE CABIN NOR THE DOORS!!THERE…. IS…..NO……DAMAGE…..TO…..THIS……AIRPLANE……AFT…….OF…….THE…..NOSE!!!!!!NOW WE ALL KNOW THAT THE ENGINE HAS SUSTAINED A LOW POWER PROP STRIKE, AND THEREFORE REQUIRES AN INSPECTION.BUT NOT AN OVERHAUL!!ONLY 550 HOURS SINCE A RECENT MAJOR OVERHAUL BY A  GREAT CERTIFIED REPAIR STATION, GREAT COMPRESSIONS, SO THIS ENGINE IS THE ONE YOU WILL KEEP!THE SKINS UP FRONT REQUIRE REPAIR, OF COURSE, BUT I SAW NO KEEL DEFORMATION OR WRINKLED SKINS IN MY PERSONAL EXAMINATION LAST WEEK!!HANGERED AT THE HOOKS AIRPORT IN HOUSTON, WE HAVE PAID FOR NOVEMBER, AND YOU CAN CONTINUE THE STORAGE BEYOND THAT IF YOU NEED IT.THIS AIRPLANE IS BEING SOLD WITH THE AIRPLANE LOG SINCE NEW, THE PROP SINCE OVERHAUL AND THE ENGINE SINCE FACTORY, AS WELL AS THE FAA BILL OF SALE, THE FAA AIRWORTHINESS CERTIFICATE.AND THE KEYS!!LATE MODEL F-33A, REPAIRABLE DAMAGE, ALL TO THE FRONT, AND CHEAP!!!DON’T MISS THIS ONE!!
