NO RESERVE AUCTION! – LOOK AT THE SCANS OF THIS VERY HARD TO FIND, HIGH GRADE, 18-KARAT SOLID YELLOW GOLD “BUCHERER” FROM THE 1950’s – IT IS NICE – SOLID GOLD CASE, NEAR MINT ORIGINAL SILVER SATIN DIAL, HIGH GRADE 17-ULTRA THIN “PESEUX CALIBER 320” MOVEMENT. RUNNING AND KEEPING REASONALBLE TIME (about 3 minutes slow in 24 hours). RARE OPPERTUNITY!
THE SOLID 18-KARAT GOLD CASE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. IT HAS SOME VERY SHALLOW DINGS ON THE CASE BACK IF YOU HOL...D IN THE LIGHT JUST RIGHT.
THE FACTORY ORIGINAL DIAL IS ALSO NICE. IT HAS A COUPLE FAINT LITTLE MARKS. IT IS SILVER SATIN AND IS SIGNED “BUCHERER INCABLOC” AND “SWISS MADE” IN TINY LETTERS AT THE BOTTOM.
THIS WATCH IS ABOUT AN AMERICAN 12-SIZE. IT IS 40mm IN DIAMETER NOT INCLUDING THE CROWN OR BOW. IT HAS A TOTAL WEIGHT OF 30.7 GRAMS.
THE WATCH IS POWERED BY THE UNIQUE PESEUX CALIBER 320 MOVEMENT WITH 17 RED RUBY JEWELS. One of the most successful (and some even say, it is one of the most beautiful) flat handwinding movements is the Peseux caliber 320. With a height of only 3mm with or without shock protection it is really unique, concerning the height. This example does have the “Incabloc” patented shock absorber system.
