The 1900 1¢ Romana front face essay postal stationery card with view of Puente de Piedra. This card, with this view, is shown and described by Menuz, with his comment “One essay with this stamp design exists” but I no longer recall whether I sent this to Wayne long ago, or whether this is a second example.
